Small chore. Sent them an e-mail Sunday night. Monday morning "Tom" called, came immediately and did the job in thirty minutes. Great response and service.

We wanted to replace Oil with Gas and they made the proffer for the furnace installed and then far we are only using the Ac office. They did an outstanding task of installation and we are well satisfied. Will utilize the heat part when necessary. Groovy piece of work! More air book with this furnace.

I was non a customer this morning (merely because Id never had a need) simply knew of Eatons reputation, so called when we woke upwards with no hot h2o. Inside 3 hours of calling, Eric was here and had the problem diagnosed (aye, needed a new water heater!). Within another 2 hours, he located a suitable replacement, picked it up and installed. All of that for someone who was never previously their customer...well, we are now! Thanks Eatons and Eric, in particular!

Product or service reviewed: Mitsubishi mini split up heat pump

S.J. Eaton came to 'check out' where we wanted our mini-split so he could inform his coiffure about the basic set-up, any problems, etc. His two man crew arrived around 8:00 AM and immediately got to work on installing the mini dissever. They installed it within several hours, trained us on how to utilise the remote, cleaned upwardly the work area, and fabricated sure they answered all our questions. The men were very friendly and worked well together. My married woman and I are very pleased with our mini separate and nosotros highly recommend South. J. Eaton!

He mentioned several simply then ended it with…only don't call anyone but Eaton. Was blown away that you weren't just on time Tuesday but early on. My kind of folks!!!
